This Privacy Policy explains how Mammoth Corporation (“Mammoth,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through this website (mammothcorporation.com) and the mobile applications we publish, including the Ready app (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

Account and employment information

Ready accounts are created by the employer or organization you work with; you cannot sign up for an account in the app. Through Ready, you can view information your employer maintains about you in its HR systems, such as your name, contact details, and role. Ready also records the information needed to sign you in and keep your account secure.

Device information and push tokens

We collect device identifiers needed to deliver notifications (push notification tokens), along with basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version.

Diagnostics and usage

We collect crash reports and usage information, such as which features are used and performance data, to keep the app reliable and improve it.

Website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including delivering notifications.
• To authenticate users and manage accounts on behalf of their organizations.
• To diagnose problems, fix bugs, and improve the Services.
• To communicate with you about the Services.
• To protect the security of the Services and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share information only:

• With your organization. Administrators of the organization that manages your account can see your account information and related activity within the Services.
• With service providers who process information on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, push notification delivery (for example, Apple Push Notification service), and crash reporting. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mammoth, our users, or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Data retention

We keep app account, device, and diagnostic information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterward only as long as necessary for legal, accounting, or security purposes. HR records are retained according to your employer’s record-keeping policies and legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

Ready is a window into HR records that are maintained by your employer. Those records are not created by the app and are not deleted by removing it.

• Notifications: you can turn off push notifications in your device settings.
• Signing out or deleting the app: you can sign out of Ready or delete the app at any time. When you do, the app stops collecting device information and push tokens from your device, and we remove your device's notification registration.
• HR records: your employer keeps HR records as required by its policies and by law, including after you stop using the app or leave the organization. To request access to or correction of those records, contact your employer's HR department or email info@mammothcorporation.com.
• Deactivation: your employer deactivates your Ready access when you leave the organization or no longer need it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will respond to requests as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Services are intended for use by employees and members of organizations and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services.
